Claim Academy is following Federal, State, and St Louis directives regarding COVID-19. As such, all current and future programs will be online until we are otherwise directed by Federal, State, and St Louis government. The following represents the most frequently asked questions and their respective answers regarding COVID-19’s impact on the various programs at Claim Academy as well as links to Federal, State and St Louis COVID-19 resources.

How do I sign up for a program if I cannot personally meet with a Claim Academy representative?
Claim Academy Admissions representatives are available via phone (314-499-5888) and you can still begin the process by applying online at https://claimacademystl.com/html/signup.html. All interviews are temporarily being conducted via phone and prework is still available online.

How will the cohorts meet since the there is an order “Stay at Home Order” in place for St Louis city?
All programs are meeting online until the COVID-19 Stay at Home order is lifted. Once the order is lifted all students who did not specifically sign-up for online only programs will resume meeting at Claim Academy.

Will mentoring still be available to me while I am taking the program online?
Yes, our mentors are available online to work with students.

What about the demo day? How will I be able to present my project to interested companies?
Claim Academy is conducting Demo Days in a shared, virtual environment with companies still participating and interviewing students.

Is Claim Academy still having its Alumni Speaker series and Company Speaker series?
Yes, but they have all been moved to an online platform until the “Stay at Home Order” is lifted.
