As an Inside Sales Representative - Student Admissions Recruiter you will:
- Be the hunter - You will find, receive and follow-up on calls, leads, and student applications by phone, email, text message and other communication mediums.
- Rely primarily on outbound (and some inbound) opportunities generated through a variety of sources by our Marketing team.
- Actively generate your own outbound leads based on your own networking, social media selling and other skill sets.
- Conduct initial qualification of leads based on a brief phone discussion.

Digital Marketing Specialist
We are searching for a passionate Marketing Specialist to manage our marketing efforts where you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including execution of programs and campaigns. Your primary goals will be to generate quality leads and increase student enrollment, deepen our relationships with Veterans service partners and expand our network of hiring employers. Your duties will include content development, event marketing, email marketing, website management, and social media management in addition to expanding and monitoring marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. The principal duties of the AD is to manage a team of 4-5 Admission Representatives who work with prospective students through the application & admissions process, from inquiry to acceptance. The AD is charged with overseeing the entire admissions/sales processing cycle. This position will be the primary contact and the welcoming face of the school to our prospective students as they navigate our admissions process and get to know more about Claim Academy.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities of the Admissions Director include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to both consumers and employers
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
- Lead, hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of Admission Representatives.

The goal of the Director of Instruction is to administer (plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate) Claim Academy’s curriculum and instruction program and the district staff development program so as to achieve the highest quality and efficiency consistent with the company resources and goals. Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Direct and coordinate assigned company programs.

We are looking for individuals who have a burning desire to make a difference and be instrumental in changing people's lives. This position requires daily (M-F) in-person attendance at our office located in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Claim Academy is seeking experienced Instructors to teach our boot camps; educating online & in-person students towards a certificate in one of the following development areas:
Full-stack Javascript Developer
You’ll be responsible for instructing our students in your area of knowledge (from the above options) in either a full-time (12 week) or part-time (20-week) capacity using our approved curriculum. You’ll work with current students from the introductory stage all the way through to building their capstone projects. You’ll be the primary contact and the face of the school to the class as they navigate from no experience in coding to building successful capstone projects and graduating with a certificate.

We select a small group of highly motivated and passionate students for each class from among hundreds of applicants. You will be responsible for building each class, seeking out our current students’ values, and crafting groups of people that will accomplish amazing things together. Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable work experience in the software development field.
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years experience in software development AND Javascript Developer Certifications (i.e. AWS, OCAJP, OCPJP, Spring, etc.)
- Candidates with teaching experience are preferred. A teaching demonstration will be required as part of the interview process
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of our Instructors:
- Passionate about Coaching and Mentoring.
- Ability to utilize different methods and mediums in delivering course material.
- Prepares materials for the approved curriculum.
- Prepares daily assignments.
- Participates in academy initiatives by providing regular, accurate, and timely feedback to students and the academy concerning academics, behavior, attendance, etc.
- Motivates students to participate in all aspects of the educational process actively.
- Completes professional development and in-service activities in accordance with academy standards.
- Real-world professional experience with Full Stack Development.
- Proven educational or administrative experience in critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Competencies related to the development of curriculum & course subject matter, teaching & learning theory, information resources & evaluating student outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Computer Science field.
- Must have a deep understanding of your field, industry-recognized professional certifications are a major plus.
- Candidates with both professional software development and leading/teaching experience are preferred.
- Candidates must submit to an interview process, including a 30-minute demonstration lesson.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus. Must be comfortable with change and extremely adaptable.
