As an Inside Sales Representative - Student Admissions Recruiter you will:

Be the hunter - You will find, receive and follow-up on calls, leads, and student applications by phone, email, text message and other communication mediums.
Rely primarily on outbound (and some inbound) opportunities generated through a variety of sources by our Marketing team.
Actively generate your own outbound leads based on your own networking, social media selling and other skill sets.
Conduct initial qualification of leads based on a brief phone discussion.
Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past to re-engage their interest in furthering their education.
Manage the entire lifecycle from application to admission. You will actively move our student applicants through the process of applying; starting with the student application process, enrollment in our courses, scheduling and conducting interviews, and communicating admissions decisions.
Guide students through onboarding from admission to start date, including assisting with scholarships and financing, answering questions, preparing students for pre-work of technical challenges, and optimizing conversion to enrollment.
Be the expert on Claim Academy’s course offerings; answering any and all questions from prospective students via phone, email, text message and in-person conversations.
Track and report all admissions and enrollment data daily and weekly in our CRM with a high level of attention to detail.
Continue to develop processes and systems to improve the admissions and enrollment process.
Staff regular admissions-related events, including information sessions, open house events, speaking engagements, external career fairs, alumni and campus tours and more. Some weeknight and weekend work may be required, including as much as 1 weeknight event per week and as little as 1 weeknight every other week.

Digital Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a passionate Marketing Specialist to manage our marketing efforts where you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including execution of programs and campaigns. Your primary goals will be to generate quality leads and increase student enrollment, deepen our relationships with Veterans service partners and expand our network of hiring employers. Your duties will include content development, event marketing, email marketing, website management, and social media management in addition to expanding and monitoring marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. This is an in-person role with ability to work at our headquarters at 4356 Lindell Blvd., Saint Louis, Missouri.

Admissions Director

Claim Academy is seeking an experienced Admissions Director(AD). The principal duties of the AD is to manage a team of 4-5 Admission Representatives who work with prospective students through the application & admissions process, from inquiry to acceptance. The AD is charged with overseeing the entire admissions/sales processing cycle. This position will be the primary contact and the welcoming face of the school to our prospective students as they navigate our admissions process and get to know more about Claim Academy.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities of the Admissions Director include, but are not limited to, the following:

Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to both consumers and employers
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
Lead, hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of Admission Representatives.
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, motivation, up-to-date Admission processing techniques, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, time management,, projecting future performance and by creating a fun working environment.
Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

As a full-time Claim Academy Mentor, you will provide mentoring for our prestigious program based on an established curriculum approved by MDHEWD and the Department of Veteran Affairs. You will guide students through assigned course work and prepare students for their capstone project. You will work with a collaborative team to meet our mission of changing lives, and provide a professional student-friendly classroom environment.

This will be a full-time role based in-person. This position reports to the Campus Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

Associate’s degree in C#/.Net , Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the developer field.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years experience in developing AND Certifications: Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other certification.

Candidates with teaching experience are preferred. A teaching demonstration will be required as part of the interview process

Claim Academy is seeking an experienced Campus Manager. The goal of the Director of Instruction is to administer (plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate) Claim Academy’s curriculum and instruction program and the district staff development program so as to achieve the highest quality and efficiency consistent with the company resources and goals. This is a fast-paced environment and must be mission-minded.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

Direct and coordinate assigned company programs.
Develop and manage the budget related to the areas of responsibility.
Recommend the management policies related to the areas of responsibility and cooperatively develop guidelines as needed.
Independently manage activities with employers and communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
Demonstrate the ability to coordinate the management of the client’s priorities.
Provide leadership to professional staff for the development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum content, delivery and planning.
Encourage innovative programs that may improve instruction.

You’ll be the primary contact and the face of the school to the class as they navigate from no experience in coding to building successful capstone projects and graduating with a certificate.

Minimum Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable work experience in the software development field.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years experience in software development AND Javascript Developer Certifications (i.e. AWS, OCAJP, OCPJP, Spring, etc.)
Candidates with teaching experience are preferred. A teaching demonstration will be required as part of the interview process

Ability to utilize different methods and mediums in delivering course material.
Prepares materials for the approved curriculum.
Prepares daily assignments.
Participates in academy initiatives by providing regular, accurate, and timely feedback to students and the academy concerning academics, behavior, attendance, etc.
Motivates students to participate in all aspects of the educational process actively.
Completes professional development and in-service activities in accordance with academy standards.
Real-world professional experience with Full Stack Development.
Proven educational or administrative experience in critical thinking and problem-solving.
Competencies related to the development of curriculum & course subject matter, teaching & learning theory, information resources & evaluating student outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Computer Science field.
Must have a deep understanding of your field, industry-recognized professional certifications are a major plus.
Candidates with both professional software development and leading/teaching experience are preferred.
Candidates must submit to an interview process, including a 30-minute demonstration lesson.
Experience in a startup environment is a plus. Must be comfortable with change and extremely adaptable.
